1. Please be respectful and do not flame anyone for whatever reason. Be mature and responsible.
2. Please be consistent. I ask that you post at LEAST once a week to the character journal and in the character community.
3. Please wait at least three weeks to apply for anymore characters after your first. If you are exceptionally consistent and up to speed you may apply for a fourth character, but please note that three is the max. (For newbies. Does not apply to veterans)
4. Please use good grammar and spelling.
5. Stay in canon and in character and use british swear words, and please feel free to make up wizarding slang. No using words like: bitch or fuck. Please keep the language at a PG or PG-13 level.
6. The RPG Board is for Owls and third person RP posts.
7. Make all OOC posts in the OOC Board.
8. FRIENDS LOCK all posts made in the OOC Board.
9. Ask permission to involve a player's character in a plot BEFORE you post about it. Cuts down on confusion and anger later.
10. RP Logs need to be posted in the RP Logs Board. These do NOT need to be friends locked.
11. No emoticons in the RPG or Logs or character posts. Witches and wizards (especially in 1942) would not know of these dastardly little things. Emoticons in the Board is fine, however.
12. Slash is PROHIBITED.
13. This is going to be a more mature and serious plot driven RPG. Hence, anyone under the age of 17 need not apply unless requested by the Mod.
14. To ensure that applicants who HAVE NOT read the rules are weeded out and that those who HAVE read the rules are rewarded with acceptance: please type in "Protegeo!" into the last line of the Application where it asks, "Anything you wish to add?" so that I will indeed know who has read the rules and who has not.
