| Because HALT/HART welcomes various points of view, its creators thought that it was only appropraite that we allow guest writers to come in. Every week we will have a guest columnist come and post a peice on any topic they desire. We will allow anyone to post, regardless of political affliation. We will also allow the opposing side to post a rebuttal if they want. However, unlike the "TOPIC OF THE WEEK", this forum will not be open to a debate.
