Sculpted in 1991
While working in Thailand training workers on how to sculpt crystal by hand I created this piece as a gift for my father. There are three different types of glass infused here. The leaded crystal piece itself, the dichroic glass fused to the bottom of the piece and then the base which is a special deep purple glass that I found in a scrap box. Their scrap box was a treasure chest to me.
