First let me thank you for getting this far, browsing through my ramblings is not easy I know.
If you made it this far the chances are you are interested in my subjects, so lets see if we can bring them together here. It should be fairly easy to do so here goes.
I am a pagan by choice, a trucker also by choice, and one of the best decisions I ever made was to marry my husband Brett. I joke that I just married him because I wanted someone to work on my truck for free, he is a mechanic as well as a driver, but that is not true really. Part true but not all of it lol. Now he is on the road alone I need something to keep me busy and this is where the hobbies come in.
As I said I enjoy needle crafts and playing on my computer, which is why I signed up for classes and started doing this web page. I feel that with all the time I put in on the road, and knowing how things are out there i may be able to help some of you just starting out.
Also there are so few sites for support for the families of truckers, we really do need them. So this is where you come in.
I am going to put a message board in here for anyone to sound off on, ask questions, give advice, whatever you feel like doing. If you want some pen pals, leave your email address and a discription see if we can get someone to email or write to you. Not just in the USA but world wide, lets compare how our truckers are treated in the different countries. Owner Operators are encouraged to give their opinions too, not just companie drivers.I think it would be interesting to see the differences in our worlds, the problems we face are they the same ones as we have here. Maybe somone knows of organisations that are trying to change things for the better and can let the rest of us know about them.Just whatever you want to do, but remember this is a family site and I will delete anything profane or vulgar, anything that would offend people is gone.
