| Legal Disclaim and Liability |

| LEGAL DISCLAIM: 1) Cancellations: - 30 days or more $ 75.00 booking administrative fee. ; Less than 30 days $ 150.00 penalty per person; - Less than 14 days $ 300.00 penalty per person; - Less than 7 days 50% penalty per person of package price; - Less than 3 days 100% penalty per person of package price. 2) Refund for unused for tour arrangements. Unavailable hotel accommodation and any other unusual services will be subject to the following charges: Up to 24 days prior to departure $ 75.00 per person. Less than 24 days prior to departure $ 100.00 per person. 3) Cancelation by Tour Operator. Tour Operator reserve any tour 21 days or more prior to departure in the event of such cancellation, all moneis received by the Tour Operator will be refunded for the $ 75.00 administrative fee. 4) Changes. Na changes made by passenger directly to the hotels and land operators abroad will be acceptable, any changes pertaining per flights schedule, hotels, tour itineraries etc. should be made by the Tour Operator prior to departure of the passengers. 5) Responsibility. Passengers are responsible for VISA requirements and/or any other aspect refered to the entry of COLOMBIA as foreign country, such as vaccinations. Air Fares, Tour Prices and Tour Conditions are subject to change without notice. LIABILITIES: All vacation packages described in this web site www.sanandreshotelnet.com are handled exclusively by San Andres Hotelnet Corp. San Andres Hotelnet Corp. acts solely as a representative agent in all matters relating to transportation, tours, hotel accommodation services and other facilities provided by our suppliers. As such, San Andres Hotelnet Corp. cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, damage, injury, or accident which may occur to persons or property through the negligence of any individual or company entrusted with such services. These services are subject to laws of the Colombia Country. San Andres Hotelnet Corp. is not responsible for tipographical, printing or electronic transmission errors. San Andres Hotelnet Corp. can accept no responsibility for defaults in overbooking by hotels, sickness, weather, strikes, war, act of God, guarantees and other causes. All such looses or expenses, will have to borne by the passengers. The right is reserved to accept or return any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter the tour. |
