Here are a few things that make me who I am. Little pleasures and little faults. I'll fucking lay my ass on the line for your amusement. Be happy you fucking fucks! Well, maybe I shouldn't put it quite that way. These are just a few quirks about me. I'm proud of some, not as proud of others. It's not all that exciting, I promise. In fact, it probably sucks. I get bored, though, so be kind. I need something to do with my time at EdTech.
- I get an incredible amount of joy from walking on curbs.
- I have nearly immaculate taste in music.
- I rock out to really shitty r&b like New Edition and Tevin Campell.
- I lived through Santa Sangre Weekend.
- I don't feel as worthless around boys.
- My roommates and I get along immaculately.
- I get the biggest kick out of using the word "immaculate."
- The first place I ever saw the word "immaculate" was on Madonna's Immaculate Collection
- I am a good friend to my friends.
- I try not to count on people too much because they usually let me down.
- I think every long walk on the beach I have taken has been with someone in my nuclear family.
- I'm a hard worker.
- I live for music. I live through it. I don't have blood, I have electricity running through my veins that powers the radio in my head.
- There is nothing I won't do for you, my friends. If you are in New Jersey and you need to see me tomorrow for something, I will make it happen. Because I care for you guys.
- Last year I didn't do anything in a drunken stupor that I can not laugh about now.
- I don't like driving, I like riding.
- I like going over bridges. They never cease to fascinate me.
- I appreciate dry humor.
- I know a friend is a close friend when he/she starts beating me up.
- I can drive through the ghettos of Syracuse playing hardcore and no one even thinks of fucking with me.
- I never have anyone to go to shows with.
- If something bothers me, you probably won't know for awhile because I probably won't tell you.
- I laugh at the people at Northeastern U. Edtech Center all the time.
- A lot of people scare me. Even my friends.
- I hate it when anyone touches my neck. It freaks the shit out of me.
- My roommates tickle me until I am wriggling on the floor on a daily basis.
- I like rock climbing and climbing things in general.
- I like really bad movies.
- Airborne is a fucking awesome movie because it's so bad.
- Most of the people I look up to are people I know.
- Almost every subject in every email I send is a lyric from a song.
- In almost every term paper I write, I put in some vague musical reference that only I'll pick up.
- I like sitting on roofs.
- And doing strange things with autos, like riding ontop of the car instead of inside or riding in the trunk instead of in the backseat. I like riding in the back of trucks too.
- Given the proper initiative, I can make a complete and total ass of myself.
- I have grown to laugh at everything.
- I'm one of those "weird" girls that has a rat.
- My rat can fall asleep to hardcore as easily as I can.
- I'm a vegetarian.
- I was raised in Syracuse, or rather, Syracuse raised me.
- I learned I had to be independent at a young age.
- I hide my feelings.
- I'll do anything to help a hardcore kid.
- I'll do almost anything to help a band on tour.
- I will travel anywhere to see Santa Sangre or The Promise play.
- I'm a huge fan of red curry tofu from The Thai Place.
- I still chuckle every time I remember Mikey has The Thai Place programmed into his phone.
- If I had the money, I would eat at the Grasshopper (otherwise known as the Asian Vegan Restaurant) every day. Three meals. All Grasshopper. I would be so happy.
- I want a Olympus D-450 for Christmas. I'm just putting that here because I need to remember the model and everything. I'm a loser.
- I would pass up almost anything to see The Promise play. And I would pass up anything to have the opportunity to sit down with Anderson Bradshaw and just talk to him and ask him questions.
- My roommates have no idea when my birthday is.
- Mikey is positive it's December 21st and it's not. That makes me laugh.
- I am the biggest sucker for an acoustic song.
- Relating to the above, "Frayed Ends" by Midtown is such a tight song. Too short.
- Buske talks to me over AIM. Last night he said "Night Night when I said good night. That makes me smile. Big tough hardcore boy saying "night night."
- I can not get comfortable in the chairs at the EdTech Center. They are not made for my body.
- I ride the Greyhound so much my tailbone always hurts. LoL, maybe I got a stress fracture on my tailbone. Then I could say I broke my ass.
