Pastor Clark Kelsey was born and raised near San Francisco, CA and went to college at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Missions in 1984.  He received his pastoral training at Talbot Theological Seminary in La Mirada, CA and received a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Theology in 1987.  He served as the pastor of the Hornell Bible Church in Hornell, NY, from 1990-1994, and has been the pastor of Samuel's Church since 1994.  He and his wife, Carlene, and their four children, Samuel, Anna Laura, Prescott and Emma Danae, live in McClure.
