BACKGROUND: Sam contributed to the success of the  international consulting research, development and training firm Analysis & Technology, after serving as a teacher where he designed educational and administrative applications and trained teachers in instructional technology for the State of Rhode Island. At A&T Sam served as a developer, Oracle DBA and Corporate IT Group Manager. Clients included US Government research laboratories and corporations including Lockheed, NASA and Walt Disney. At A&T Sam lead several highly successful projects,  transformed the corporate methodology used to develop complex projects, lead ERP implementations and facilitated corporate TQM continuous improvement teams.
     Sam then founded a consulting firm supported by government contracts and an engagement with South County Hospital. As IT Director he redesigned the infrastructure to support his proposed community based Healthcare Resource Planning System which continues to meet the hospitals ongoing strategic community care objectives.
     Sam then joined Toray, an international Japanese manufacturer of high-tech films and foams used by such diverse customers as Honda, Toyota, Sony, TDK, GE and Frito-Lay. As the IT Department Manager, Sam developed standards for North American Operations and the just-in-time web-based employee training program and lead successful high-availability SAP and Business Warehouse installations resulting in 100% systems availability of real-time performance metrics for the  7x24x365 continuous manufacturing operation.
    Currently, as the Information Technology Director for the School District of Superior, Wisconsin Sam is applying his education, technology and business credentials to improve instructional and adminiatrative processes to cost effectively improve student acadamic performance.
