New Jersey Affordable Housing
Dealing With The Politically Sensitive Funding Decisions of Creating Affordable housing on a large scale requires being good with public policy and a collaboration of organizations to implement resources with lots of research and money and time.

This is why we are a advocate for small scale impact developments done by individuals.

Primary purpose is to give assistance along with basic service information for people who are in need of safe housing, leaving room for food on the table.

My Goal is to spare you the red tape & take you to the source.

Exercise your right for a decent place to call home.

For-Profit/ Non-Profit partnerships also work.

We Can Help!.  But.. we do charge a small fee!

We can help people to help themselves and make the pride of home ownership a
obligation not just a dream.

Over the course of many years I have found that... most people don't even know that most cities/ townships have Affordable Housing programs.

So let's start here!

Go into city or the town hall and ask about the Affordable Housing Programs
in your area.  Ask to speak with your Fair Share & Housing rep!

You will be amazed by the income limits and who is eligible on some of these programs.

Most of these programs are only clips in the legal section that the average person does not read or can understand. (Read the Legals go into city/township hall ask to see a complete copy of the filling.)

Ask about the HOME Program which is federally funded to the states and down to the muncipal level.  (Get put on a waiting list if they are full.)

Home funds may be used for housing rehabilitation, new construction, Affordable Housing Development, etc. just to name a few.

Watch the newspaper for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

This is found most of the time in the Legal section!  When it appears in the paper go into city hall and ask for an application.  This money is intend to be used in a wide range of community development activities that are directed toward neighborhood revitalization and economic development etc..  You can do a lot of good with this one on a mass scale great for doing a neighborhood and getting rid of blight.

Finance,Purchase,Construction,and/or rehabilitation of existing housing stock  these are a few of the ways to get started.

Some programs can be piggybacked or used in conjunction with other sources of funds.

Application for all programs must pass basic eligibility requirements and details vary from program to program.

You may qualify for one program and not another.

It never hurts to ask what the requirements & income limits
