I was working as a lifeguard at Sunplash and Sam was a supervisor there too. We never had really talked to each other until Aug. This was in 2002. We talked and I gave him my cell phone number. I was out shopping with my mom and he had called. I got really excited when he called. i never thought he would call. I thought he was like most of the guys out there that say they will call and dont. Well we talked and talked at work. Then he finally asked me out. Ever since then we have been happy together for 2 years.
Well as you know Sam is a U.S Marine. I have been there thru bootcamp in San Diego for 13 weeks. I have been through his schooling for 4 months. I have also been there while he went to Iraq in May 2004 till August 2004. He is now stationed in Yuma, Arizona, only 3 hours from me. He is with VMA-214.
Who knows what lies ahead of us.
As of September 14, 2004 (my 19th bday) we are offically engajed. We are planning our wedding for May 2005
