Making Icecream

What you need

200 Grams salt           

120mls milk           

20 grams sugar           

vanilla essence       

500 grams party ice    

2 litre ice cream container            

 2 clip lock plastic bags (1 large, 1 small)

What you do

• 1/2 fill the large plastic bag with crushed ice.

• add the salt.

• Put the plastic bag with the salt and ice mixture into an icecream container (in case it spills).

• Put the milk, vanilla and sugar into the small plastic bag. Seal the bag tightly.

• Place the small bag inside the large bag containing the salt and ice mixture. Seal the large bag.

• Shake and move the bags about until the mixture inside the small bag turns to icecream.
