| Sampson Sud's Brewery is located in the basement storage room at 26 Gristmill Crt. in historic Clayton Park. The basement storage room was chosen to give our fresh ales a naturally cool place to ferment (Also because the female occupant at 26 Gristmill court would be pretty mad if the brewmaster brewed any place else.) Presently there is a brewing capacity of 10 gallons (46L) in our spacious 20 square foot facility. | ||||||||||||||||||
