Our center is operated through an extensive open workspace for call center agents, with work stations that include a computer for each agent, a headset connected to a telecom switch, and one supervisor stations / 30 seats. It is networked with additional centers and finally linked to our corporate computer network. Our quality Assurance programs utilize the most advanced technology available to help us monitor the performance of our agents and the line groups more effectively and efficiently.
