Conclusion
There are a host of organizations in existence today, compared to centuries past, geared toward the

development, support and maintenance of womens rights.  Women can seek assistance with the help of

these organizations when ever the question of discrimination comes up.  The socioeconomic

background, or any discriminatory measure that involves exclusion,, should not be a part of the

makeup of our society regarding any woman or individual.  Laws are in place to make such action

prosecutable by the authorities.  Our aim as a group of women is to always be conscious of our rights

as women and to continue to support established measures to keep those rights enforced.  Many women

in years past had to endure personal hardships as well as professional hardships in the workplace.

Today, with measures like the Equal Pay Act, The Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as The Human

Rights Act, women are afforded with a wealth of opportunities to achieve whatever they choose

without discrimination.  Our hope is that with more women educated about discrimination and their

rights the more women can be instruments to impact change in our society.  Discrimination in any form

  should be intolerable by everyone.
