• Click in the UCS2 circle and there is now a black dot in it.
• Copy this character
  
• Type your message in text box and insert that character either side of the word or letter you want to flash in message you are sending.
• You will have 70 spaces for letters or characters (because it's going to be blinking flash sms)
• Mobile number has to be entered in international code. (For example for United Kingdom +44 7912.......)
