Hi my name is Selena! My Mom adopted me when I was 7 and lucky me , she kept my name the same! My Mom and I got off to a sort of rocky start, shoot, she didn't even know when the right time to feed me was! But I was always forgiving, I promise, I only bat and bite her when she's really naughty! We moved from Ga to NC (my real home!) and I couldn't be happier..the smells and the sounds are all so familiar to me again!

I love to sit in the grass and watch the birds and squirrels run by. My mom even put a bird feeder outside the window so I could watch my friends on those rainy or cold days. Isn't she the best?

I try not to bother Mom too much when she's sitting in the office, I see her fingers moving real fast and there is a clicking clacking sound. At first I thought she wanted me to play, so I would walk on top of her fingers, but she pushed me off , so I stay off the desk now. My favorite game to play with Mom is "catch the yarn" And she has a huge pink feather that we play with also. I love chicken and juice from the tuna can..although, Mom tells me all the time that I'm on a diet. I was so hungry the other day that I decided for the first time ever to try and catch a vole. (little mole) I brought it to Mom so she could cook it up for me....I think she ate it instead, cause I never did get it:)

I'm 12 now and Mom and I are starting to really understand each other..she knows to leave me be when my ears are back and I know to run to greet her at the door and stay away from her clicking clacking fingers.
