Sports and working out is one of the best things you can do with your body. Remember working out will also relive stress. Which is really helpful. It is nice to run a lot. Also taking atleast 10,000 steps a day is also very good for you. Also some awsome games to play are soccer,basketball, and softball. All of those sports help you get outside and workout and get some fresh air. With soccor no matter what it is just a game so play it and have fun.It is so fun sometimes it is addicting. It is truley a really fun game!! And i suggest that you all try the game some time and try to have a fun time playing it!! Next there is basketball. Basketball is an international sport. It is great fun. When ever you are playing sports in P.E. you are going to play basketball, it is like a gimmie. Meaning that you are going to play it no matter what because the coaches are going to introduce you to a fun new great game. And when they do this is going to be first on their list. dribbling that ball around, you can do it for all day long. This is a game that i am going to insist you try to play becuase it so fun. You can play it for all day!!! And than there is Softball. Whether it is fast pitch or slow pitch, the game is great fun. Just being out in the sun and getting some fresh air is mostly the funnest part of the game. But also all the positions like pitcher and catcher and 1st and 2nd and 3rd bases and many other are awsome. Trying to catch the ball and even getting pounded in the face by on is fun. Im just kidding. But the game is also one i am going to inist you also have to play it is a very fun game. And you also get to play with friends and make new friends. And it is nice to get to make new friends in the game and try to learn teamwork!!!!!
