Michael Biehn in Terminator 3!
Terminator 3: Michael Biehn is in Capetown working on a film and in a talk
with CCFM apparently indicated he's got a cameo in T3. When asked "Didn't Your
Character Die?" He supposedly replied "you go away, you think about it...and
you'll realize there's a place for Kyle Reese in this movie. As minute as it
will be".
Hopefully this one won't end up on the cutting room floor, like his T2 cameo.

Berman: NEMESIS ready by Labor Day:
By: CHRISTOPHER ALLAN SMITH
By: News Editor
Source: TrekWeb
In his usual hyping interview carried in the latest issue of STAR TREK
COMMUNICATOR, Rick Berman said the new film, NEMESIS, could be ready for
release as soon as Labor Day.
"On previous movies, there was no way they were ready to be released before
Thanksgiving or Christmas but this one could be released earlier," Berman
said. "As to exactly when it will be released with regards to other big
movies... the distribution people at Paramount are discussing that over the
next couple of months."
Until now, the release of the film has been variously, and unofficially, set in
December. As of now, the only official word from Paramount is STAR TREK:
NEMESIS is set for release in the fall.

New Ron Perlman role:
Kelly Brook will star in Hannibal Pictures' ABSOLON opposite Christopher
Lambert, Lou Diamond Phillips and Ron Perlman. It's about a detective
investigating the murder of an inventor who had discovered a cure for a
devastating disease. During the investigation, he's injected with the last
dosage of the drug and thus becomes the hope to cure all mankind. David Barto
will direct from a script by Brad Mirman.

killed before its scheduled June 2001 launch. "News" will air at 8 p.m. ET on
Wednesdays beginning July 17. Bravo also picked up all 12 episodes ofStudios

Scorpion King still #1 overall.

Hellboy:
Michael Fleming of Variety reported this week that the budget is
$60 million, which I think is most likely the largest ever for a film
starring Ron Perlman (maybe double?); ie, I'm not counting movies like Enemy
at the Gates and Blade II that he costarred in.
Star Trek: Nemesis:
Paramount has decided to bump this up a week to December 13th,
directly challenging their sci-fi competition, Steven Soderbergh's Solaris
remake.
