Moments of Humiliation

This happened recently.

It might just be the most humiliating moment of my young life.

I was at the 16 movie theaters with my parents.  My dad works in New York, so when he comes home on the weekends he really wants to be with his family, and gets really stressed if things get in the way of that. It was a hot, sunny summer day, and my dad wanted to go see a movie with his family.  My family likes very different types of movies: I wanted to see Freaky Friday, wile my brother wanted to see, well, I think S.W.A.T., but he wasn't too eager about that either. After working for about an hour, we compromised on Johnny English. We got to the theater and had to wait in a huge line for tickets. Once we got to the window, the ticket-lady was being difficult. She sold stickets tht said Pirates of the Carribean on them. We reminded her that we were seeing Johnny English, but she said that it didn't matter. So we shrugged it off and went upstairs to the theaters. As the woman was taking our tickets, we mentioned that we wereactually seeing Johnny English. She said that we needed Johnny Englsh tickets. After we explained to her that the person downstairs said it would be okay, the woman said that it was "different" (?) downstairs and that we had to exchange our tickets. At that moment, my father went insane. He started screaming that she was wrong, and after a bit of that, he screamed "MANAGER!!!" at the top of his lungs. By this time, by brother and I had made our way outside to try to escape the horror. We did exchange the tickets, and we saw the movie, but it was terrible. I'd laugh about it now, though.
