"JOAN"
Intended as a simple straight portrait. Joan, a professional model was photographed in available light (outdoor shade). The negative was scanned and brought to Corel Photopaint and copied four or five times. Each of the different copies or layers was given different amounts of blur effects known as 'Gaussian blur' and re-combined to come-up with the soft image.
