| There are a few traditions that the Daunhauer family practices. One tradition is that everyone meets at the head of the family's house on Christmas Eve and we all celebrate together. Currently, the head of the family is considered to be my grandfather, Bob Daunhauer. Another tradition is that when a Daunhauer girl turns thirteen, her father is to buy her at least one rose every Valentine's Day until he or she pass away. Finally, another tradition is that when a girl turns sixteen, she is to receive diamonds. |
