| This is not exactly a Breese tradition, so it did not feel right listing in on the traditions page. Therefore I created a tendency page! The Breeses have a tendency to be rather intelligent and brainy. My grandmother is an English literature professor at the University of Toledo and has a Phd in philosophy. My grandfather is also a teacher, and was a principal at a Toledo junior high for almost fifteen years. My aunt is the head pharmicist in her local town, and also runs pharmacies in two other nearby towns. My uncle is an accountant. Although my mother did not finish college, she had the brains to. She went to Ohio State and studied journalism. My aunt's two oldest children are now in college; my cousin Emily is majoring in East Asian studies at William and Mary, and she studied abroad in Japan this past summer. My other cousin Ross is now studying pre-law at Purdue University, and has plans to attend Harvard Law School. Their younger brother Matt (he's my age) hopes to become a brain surgeon. My uncle's daughter Alyssa is studying architecture at Colorado State. Obviously I have some big shoes to fill! |
