   Making Pelmini Photos
     Dasha and I made the dough.
Rolling out the dough to put on the form.
     Dasha and Craig putting the sausage on the form with the first layer of dough.

     Dasha is putting the second layer of dough on one of our batches of pelmini.
The second layer of dough is covering the sausage. Now we roll the dough on the form to seal the pockets and cut them out.
     Our first batch of finished pelmini.  We put them in the freezer to chill a little before cooking them.
     Kyle made his sausage a little spicier than the sausage Dasha mixed up.  He added Oregano and Cajun seasoning to his batch.  They tasted good too.
Sam made some pelmini of his own by hand with the left over dough from the edges of the form.  They were larger than the ones we made.
