We had a long, productive staff meeting today.  Irina was the only Russian, so the entire meeting was in English.  That was a little draining for her so please pray that her English will improve.  Kyle and Irina will have to go back to the States for several months at the beginning of 2008.  Irina needs to become American staff and will have to go through the 8 weeks of training.  That will be a huge challenge since she doesn't feel comfortable with her English and even less comfortable when she is living in America.  Pray that her apprehensions will be eased and that it will be an educational and uplifting time they spend preparing to return.

After our staff meeting, Vanya, Steve, Craig, Anya and I went for a picnic at Kolomenskoye park.  The apple trees were starting to bloom and it was beautiful weather!  We got some great pictures!
