Live,
Love, and Hate - by Orpheus
Week
49(?) - This Sucks
(12/14/04, 12:17pm Lunch, small
wall by rm. 500) Well, my computer’s
broken, so I’m having to write this out by hand and then give it to samecool to
type. Well, first I’d like to say that
it’s a week from today that the youngest Letter (First J) turns thirteen, so,
I’d like to give an early happy birthday to her. Next, um, you know, it really sucks not having the net or
Microsoft Word on my computer. Oh, the
Xmas special for Awaken isn’t gonna happen, I drew it up last night but then
threw it away ‘cuz of how much it sucked.
You know, this reminds me of the ill-fated LLH Live (originally
scheduled for Week 14 I believe) but that ended up just not happening.
(12/14/04 9:27 pm Home) Okay, what sucks even more than not having
spoken with R since Friday, it’s not that there’s anything wrong, it’s just
that I’ve not seen her. I suppose that
I could just call her up, but I’ve no desire to trip all over my tongue again,
just to have to press that little green call button on my cell phone when her
name’s on the screen, it should be so very easy, and yet…
Oh, for anyone who hasn’t
managed to put two and two together yet and might be wondering why Melissa from
Awaken is in Photo-Safari, the picture therein is actually Eurydice, upon whom
Melissa was based. And the writings in
the margin of the drawing say “Orpheus and Eurydice” on one side and “And
nothing is sweeter than the songs you’re seeing” on the other, which is a quote
from “Insomnia (A Ghost Story)” by the Crüxshadows, and the goblet that she’s
holding is supposed to be filled to the point of overflowing.
Okay,
confession time, I bought Kingdom Hearts on Friday. Yeah, I know I swore when it came out that I’d never ever get
it, but with all the commercials for Chain of Memories going around, I figured
it was the only way to get the theme song (Simple and Clean) out of my
head. Expect that song to appear in the
supposedly upcoming VItalis/Menagerie update that’s coming soon. I hope you people understand the difference
between VItalis and Oblivion, and that, no matter how that may seem, they
aren’t filler. Difference is Oblivion
is about the struggle with the self, where as VItalis is the struggle with
one’s passions and people close to him (called Passions and Fetters
respectively in Wraith).
For week 49(?) this is Orpheus,
signing out. Oh, Operation: Rice is
green-lighted again.
