Live, Love, and Hate – by Orpheus
Week 35 (42) – Doused Words
(10/11/04) Well, I managed to break the monotony with R (well, more of it managed to break itself). While I won’t tell you exactly how it happened, I will say that it involved a dog collar and pirate clothing. Specifically, the eye patch and cardboard parrot that I wore to school in early celebration of talk like a pirate day. You probably don’t want to know exactly what happened. Suffice to say: our ways are not for the weak of stomach, nor for the strong of sanity.
(10/17/04) Um…yeah… I don’t really know what to put here, so I’m just gonna kind of aimlessly ramble for a while. You know, like I usually do. I’ve got a pain in my right side. I finally finished the Tribunal expansion pack to Morrowind and have started on Bloodmoon. So far, BM is better than the other two put together, mostly because of the setting, I think, I just didn’t like the other ones, they were just kind of ugly. Solstheim is much better. Not to mention that the quest doesn’t seem so dumb as the other ones did.
I’m gonna get started on another Oblivion style column once I finish this one. I’m not sure whether I have a lot on my mind, or absolutely nothing. That seems to happen to me rather a lot, I’ve noticed. I probably should have spent more time on that essay that I wrote this afternoon, but I suppose there’s nothing I can do about it now. Or rather, I nothing I will do about it now. After all, I could always just go back and add some more or rewrite it, but I’m just too lazy to.
You know what I’d like to see on cartoons? A big, strong character who ISN’T a coward, I mean, it just isn’t funny anymore, every show has one, so it’s not like it’s exactly unexpected. You know what else bothers me? People who say ‘like’ all the time. And people who rattle lollipops against there teeth or otherwise make a lot of noise when they eat/drink. It takes a lot of noise to bother me, mind you, I mean, I can stand the entire Orpheus ground eating chips and drinking soda at the same time, but people like my brother just bother me in that respect.
