Week 23 – Lead Me Not Into Temptation

 

(8/11/04)It’s that time again, we’re going to introduce a new letter to the grand alphabet soup that is Live, Love, and Hate. That letter is “C”. Just met her a little while ago and, well, things are already getting to be interesting. I can’t really tell you how, as I’ve been sworn into secrecy on the matter. But I CAN tell you this, she’s already trusting me with things that she says she’s never before told anybody. Should be rather interesting to see how all this turns out.

 

There’s plenty more to it than that (as you can probably tell by the presence of a letter rather than just a fake name), but that’s not what I’m going to go on about in this paragraph. Instead, I’m going to take the time to talk about the return of everybody’s favorite or not favorite or somewhere in the middle or don’t care dream character, that’s right, Eurydice is back. And she is most assuredly not very happy. I suppose I can understand where she’s coming from, though, seeing as what she’s pissed about is R. It was a few weeks ago now, and she just kinda popped up one night and started screaming at me about all the promises I broke and calling R quite a variety of vulgar and/or unpleasant names.

 

You know, after rereading the first paragraph, it strikes me as being highly impersonal. That’s not good. There was something else that I mean to add, what was it… Oh yes, I am, once again, attempting to give up swearing. (8/12/04) Anyway, back to C I guess. Well, I don’t really have much more to say, but I have to stretch this thing out for one more paragraph.

 

Only 5 more days until my birthday. I can’t wait, and at the same time, I really don’t care all that much. I mean, yeah, the free stuff is cool and all, but, oh what am I talking about,  free stuff is great. If I’m lucky, I’ll get a copy of Wraith: The Oblivion, of course, my brother already told me that I am, but Ken has been known to lie. He lies like a monkey. Now, I will leave and let you ponder that last sentence.
