Samuel Compton is Principal Horn of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed with the Rochester Philharmonic, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the Washington Chamber Symphony at the Kennedy Center, and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra at the Sydney Opera House in Sydney Australia. Samuel has performed as soloist with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and the Washington Chamber Symphony.
Prior to Samuel's orchestral career he was a member of the United States Air Force Band in Washington DC. Among his many performances with the Air Force Band was the HBO presentation of President Bill Clinton's inauguration.
