- Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. - Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. - Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. - Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems. - Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. - Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN. - Recommends and schedules repairs. - Installs and configures workstations - Performs system backups on its internal and external web network servers. Designs and supports server system(s) and supporting software
