You should be aware your I.P. address is being recorded at the time of completion of this form.

When the booking is confirmed, we need a deposit of 50%. This can be paid by credit card, (the information for this can be phoned), money order, cheque or postal order within a week of booking if possible. We also need a phone number, address, and estimated time of arrival.
The deposit should be sent to the address below, and a cheque can be made out to Annette Inwood, or Samarkand B&B. Upon booking, we will send you a confirming letter and brochure with a map on the back to help you find us.
