A Dustin Family Story…part one (M/ff, M/F)

This story is dedicated to DST.  You will always be the best Daddy.

(Disclaimers: This story involves children of various stages of abuse, abandonment and the like.  If stories like that bother you, then this is not the story for you.  I promise you, though; it will invariably have a happy ending.  This story also involves the nonconsensual spankings of both children and adults.  There is also cursing in this story.  This is not my usual story, but enjoy it nonetheless.  Comments are always welcome.)

Rosanna pushed the cart along, dragging Emily and Madelyn.  “Come on, girls!” she said.  “We have to be moving along.”

“But where are we going nowwwwwww?” whined Madelyn.

But Rosanna didn’t answer.  And Maddie knew better than to press her mother.  She just squeezed her big sister’s hand and hoped that the next place they went would be better than the last.

Rosanna was the unwed mother of the two girls.  She was only 23.  Emily was 5 and Maddie was 4.  Things had gone from bad to worse for as long as Rosanna had been alive.  Her parents kicked her out of the house when she was just 17, having gotten pregnant, with no plans to marry the boy.  Not that it mattered to Rosanna anyway; she had had a really lousy childhood before that anyway.

It wasn’t that her parents had beaten her or anything.  In fact it was as if she had never existed.  She could never be as great as her older sister, Amelia, or her older brother, Frederick.  She would have thought being the baby would have been great, but it wasn’t.  She could never compare to her older siblings, so finally her parents didn’t even bother to pay her any more attention.

She lived with friends while she was pregnant, then a halfway house for pregnant teenagers.  She lived here and there, and got odd jobs, and somehow got by.  But she was always moving around.   She met Tony, and thought things with him would work out.   But when he found out she was pregnant with Maddie, he hightailed it out of there, and Rosanna was left alone, pregnant and with a one-year-old.

The girls were okay, though.  They had no idea their mother was poor.  They had known no other life, so they thought moving around was the thing to do.  But the last place they had been was just awful.  There were cockroaches all around, and no one cleaned up after themselves, and the place smelled.  Emily was having nightmares almost every night and sometimes wet the bed.  Sometimes Maddie thought she was the big sister, being very precocious for her age, often helping to take care of her big sister, AND her mother.

They stopped to rest on a bench.  Rosanna was exhausted and fell asleep.  Maddie and Emily looked around.  “This is kind of a nice park,” Maddie said, quietly as to not wake her mother.

“Yeah, it’s okay,” Emily answered, looking around.  She saw a big girl staring at them, so she turned away.

Maddie bent down and pulled off her mom’s shoes, and rubbed her feet.  She was always trying to help.  Rosanna pulled her feet away from her daughter and curled up tight in a ball, snoring away.  Madelyn gave up then and looked at Emily.  “Maybe we should go find something to eat, while Mama sleeps.”

“Yeah, maybe.  But where?”

“You girls need some help?” a voice asked.

Startled, Emily and Maddie looked up.  There was the big girl who had been staring at Emily.  “Uh, no, we’re fine,” Maddie answered, putting up her protective face.

“You sure?” the girl answered.  “Because I don’t live too far from here, and we have plenty of food to eat.  You could take baths, and your mom could sleep on a real bed, instead of this hard bench.”

Emily smiled.  She wasn’t sure why, but she liked this girl.  She nodded, and said, “That might be good.  My mama sure is tired.”

“No!” Maddie said, pulling her sister away from the woman.  The two talked quietly, but Emily remained firm in her decision.  Madelyn wanted no part of it, as the girl woke up Rosanna.

“What the hell?” she said, sitting up.  She glared at her daughters.  “What are you waking me up for?”

Emily pointed at the woman.  “Her wants to help us, Mama,”

“Who the fuck are you?” Rosanna asked, staring at this woman, who didn’t look much older than she was.

The woman was somewhat taken aback by the crude way Rosanna spoke to her, but she regained herself quickly.  “Hi, I’m Katherine, but you can call me Kat.  Everyone does.”

“Everyone? What the hell do you do, scour the parks and look for people to help on a fucking daily basis?” Rosanna spat.

Katherine stared at Rosanna.  She knew she had to help her.  She had been in the same boat not too many years before, and she had gotten help.  Now she was helping the family that took her in, take others in and help them, too.

“Well, no, no I don’t.  But I do like to help people.  Why don’t you come home with me and meet my parents?  They take people in, such as you, who need help.  They took me in when I was a young girl.”

Rosanna was reluctant, but truth was, they had no place else to go.  The sky was getting cloudy and it looked as though it may rain at any time.  Finally Rosanna stood up, put on her shoes and said to the girls, “Come on, we’ll try it out and see if we like it there.”

Katherine smiled, and took each girl’s hands.  Maddie was coming around a little when she saw the big white Victorian house that Kat stopped in front of.  “Here we are.  I like to call this home.”

They stepped inside the house.  Rosanna put her few bags down in a corner of the vestibule.  Kat said, “I’ll be right back.  I’m going to get Daddy Jim.  That’s what all the kids call him.”  She disappeared.  Emily and Maddie opened their eyes wide as they looked around.

There were toys everywhere.  And pictures.  Pictures of lots and lots of kids.  There were dolls, and toy dishes, and model cars, and all sorts of things.  They wanted to run into the room and just start playing with everything, but they didn’t dare.  They knew their mother would not like it.

They were suddenly brought back to reality when they heard footsteps.  They looked up into the eyes of the kindest looking man they had ever seen.  He looked like he should be someone’s grandpa, instead of father.  He cleared his throat and put out his hand to shake Rosanna’s.

“Hello.  My name is Jim Dustin.  I’m so glad to meet you.”

“Yeah, uh, me too,” Rosanna said awkwardly.  “Nice place you got here.”

“Thank you.  I hope you’ll stay on here.  You’re always welcome,” he said to Rosanna politely.

Rosanna couldn’t put her finger on it, but this man seemed so nice, so close.  It wasn’t awkward to talk to him, like it always had been to talk to her father, or uncles.  She felt comfortable, and she had only been inside for ten minutes.  He gave them a tour of the house.  Emily held tight to her mama’s hand and to Maddie’s.  Maddie pretended to be disinterested in everything the man showed them.

“Wow, how many kids you gots here?” Emily asked.

“Oh, lots, sweetie.  Right now I think there’s about 12, but we have kids coming and going every day,” Jim answered.

“What kinda place is this, anyway?” Maddie asked rudely.  “All these kids yours?”

Jim smiled down at Madelyn.  “Yes, sweetie, all the kids are mine.”

Emily’s eyes bugged out.  She had never met a family with more than at least four kids.  “They all has the same mama?” she asked.

Jim laughed and giggled, and his belly moved, kind of like the department store Santa’s, at Christmas time.  “Well you can say that, yes.  My wife, Patricia, and I run this house, and we help all kids like you and even big girls, like your momma.”

Just then an older woman came into the room.  She had premature gray hair, which sparkled.  She wore glasses and had big rosy cheeks.  Emily wondered for a minute if they weren’t really Santa and Mrs. Claus.  “I heard we had some newcomers,” the woman said.

Jim smiled.  “Yes, this is Rosanna, and her two daughters, Emily and Madelyn.”  He pointed to the woman.  “This here is my wife, Patricia, but everyone around here calls her Momma Pat.”

Emily smiled up at the lady.  “Hi,” she said shyly.

Patricia got down on one knee and smiled at Emily.  “Hi,” she said back.  She then turned to Maddie, but Maddie turned her face away and put it into her mom’s leg.  “Oh I see we have a shy one here.”

“I’m not shy.  I just don’t know you, is all,” Maddie spat.  “And I’m not sposta talk to strangers!”

Rosanna didn’t say anything.  She didn’t apologize for her daughter.  She was numb anyway.  She had been in a fog since the last place they had stayed.  Most of the people there had been stoned.  There was nothing else to do than to get stoned too.  She was amazed they had managed to get as far as they had without her falling over from lack of sleep.  Truth was her savings, what little she had, was gone.  She was glad Katherine had come along when she did.  But she was not about to tell that to anyone.

After a few minutes of awkward silence, Pat said, “Okay, you two little ones, come with me.  We’ll go find Kat and she’ll help you with baths, and then we’ll find you some clothes that fit.  I bet Kayla or Ann Marie have some nice ones.

“Who’s them?” Emily asked, already eager to go with the nice lady.  Maddie rolled her eyes and looked up at her mom.  “Do I hafta?” she asked.

Rosanna nodded.  “Yes, Madelyn, you need a bath.  Go on.  I’ll see you in a little bit,” she told her.

Pat took the two girls’ hands and walked away.  Emily and Pat chatted and Maddie remained silent, often looking back over her shoulder at her mother.  But Rosanna just waved her hand away, as if she was relieved to finally be rid of them, even if that wasn’t the case.

Jim looked at Rosanna.  “Come now, I’ll find you a place to put your things, and you can get a nice hot shower, or even a bath if you wish, and then we can talk.”

“Talk? About what?” Rosanna asked, startled.  She was hoping just to find a room, take a shower, and be left alone.

“Well, you’ll have some chores to do around the house.  Plus, I’d like to get to know you a little better.”

“Oh,” was all Rosanna thought to answer.  She didn’t much like the idea of him asking her personal questions.  But here, he did invite her to live in his house, and he didn’t know her from a hole in the wall.

Jim smiled at her and led her to a big room.  It was nicer than the room Rosanna had grown up in.  She wondered who these people were and just how many kids had come through here.

A few hours later, Rosanna wandered downstairs.  She hadn’t felt so clean in at least three months.  Kat had given her a pair of jeans and a t-shirt.  They fit perfectly.  She would have to earn some money to buy herself some new clothes, and some for the kids.  She met up with Maddie and Emily in the living room.  They were both wearing shirts and shorts, which were only slightly big on them.

“Look, Mama, there’s a kitty on my shirt!” Emily said, pointing to the front of the shirt.

“Cute,” Rosanna said.

Maddie just ran to her momma and put her arms up.  Rosanna picked up the little girl and put her on her lap.  They sat there that way for a while, til some other kids joined them.  Jim came in and started to make introductions all around.

Kat burst into the room then, holding onto twin girls, one in each hand.  “Daddy Jim, you have to take care of these two!”

Jim looked at the thirteen-year-old girls and then at Kat, who was now 26.  “What’s going on?” he asked, sternly.

Just then, Momma Pat came into the room, dragging Geoffy and Joshy.  They were soaking wet and the room suddenly reeked of oranges.  “Tell Daddy Jim what happened,” she prompted them.

Six-year-old Geoffy looked up at Daddy Jim and said, “Me and Joshy was playing with our boats in the bathtub, and we left for a minute to get something.  When we comed back, the water in the tub was orange and then,” he started to cry and looked at where the twins were standing, heads looking down at the floor, being held onto by Jim and continued, “and they pushed us in.”

Jim pulled on the twins’ arms and said, “You WHAT?”

“Daddy Jim, it was just a joke!” Mindy stated.

“Yeah, we were just playing with them!” Lynda said.

Momma Pat shook her head.  “That wasn’t very funny, girls.  They could have been hurt.”  She sighed, looked at Jim and they both nodded.  “Come on, boys, let’s go take some real baths.”  She then led Geoffy and Joshy from the room.

Emily watched wide-eyed.  Maddie seemed bored.  After all, what could he possibly do to them?

Rosanna watched Jim take action.  He sighed and looked around the crowded room at all the kids.  “Well now our newcomers are going to see what happens when you misbehave around here.”

“Daddy Jim, nooooooo!” Mindy cried.  “Oh, Daddy Jim, no, please!” Lynda cried.  “Not in front of everyone.  At least take us to our rooms!” she pleaded.

“No, I don’t think so, young lady.  You scared a six-year-old and a four-year-old in front of others, so I think your punishment should be in front of others, too.”

Maddie watched in horror as the man they called ‘Daddy Jim’ sat down and pulled each of the twins over his lap.  She couldn’t believe it when he reached down and pushed their shorts and panties down to their ankles.  Each of the twins gasped.

“Daddy Jim, not bare!” Lynda cried.

“Please Daddy Jim!” Mindy said.

Jim raised his hand and alternated spanking each of the girls’ bottoms.  {Smack! Smack!} “We do not {Smack! Smack!} play tricks {Smack! Smack!} on the other kids {Smack! Smack!} around here.  Is that understood, young ladies?  {Smack! Smack!} I think {Smack! Smack!} I have spoken to you {Smack! Smack!} each about this a few times now.” {Smack! Smack!}

“Owwwwwwwww!” Lynda cried.

“OWWWWWWWWWW!” Mindy echoed her sister’s cries.

“What that man doing, Mama?” Emily asked.  Rosanna put her finger to her mouth to shush her.  Very quietly she whispered, “They’re getting a spanking because they were naughty.”

Not that Rosanna knew much about spankings.  She had never gotten one in her entire life.  She knew of friends growing up who had spoken about them, but had never actually witnessed one happening first hand til right that moment.  She sort of felt bad for the girls.  After all, pouring orange juice in the tub seemed kind of funny.  It wasn’t anything she would ever have thought of, though.  Rosanna suddenly wondered what her parents would have done if she had tried a stunt like that.

{Smack! Smack!} “You are to learn {Smack! Smack!} to treat {Smack! Smack!} your brothers and sisters nicely. {Smack! Smack!} {Smack! Smack!}  “Orange juice is for drinking {Smack! Smack!} out of glasses, {Smack! Smack!} not to be poured into bathtubs.”  {Smack! Smack!} {Smack! Smack!}

“Owwwwwww!” Mindy cried, reaching back to rub her bottom.  But Jim was fast and he soon held her hand out of the way.

“I’m sorrrrrrrrry, Daddy Jim!” Lynda sobbed.  “We won’t do it again.”

“Oh no, you won’t.  I will make sure of that, young ladies,” he said.  He raised his hand again and brought it down on both their bottoms, alternating cheeks of each one, as well.

Maddie pressed her face into Rosanna’s chest.  She started to cry.  “Make him stop, Mommy!” she said.  She had never seen kids getting spankings before.  At first she was amazed, but as the spanking continued, she was horrified.

“Shhhh, it’s okay, Madelyn,” Rosanna assured her youngest.  “It’s almost over.”  Still Rosanna watched Jim in action.  She couldn’t seem to take her eyes off what was happening.  She looked around at all the other kids.  They were watching too.  There was one boy who looked to be about 9 or 10 who seemed like he was enjoying the spectacle.

“Pushing kids {Smack! Smack!} into a bathtub {Smack! Smack!} is dangerous, as well!” Daddy Jim scolded.  “And you two know better.  {Smack! Smack!} The boys {Smack! Smack!} could have been hurt {Smack! Smack!} very badly.  {Smack! Smack!} You’re lucky {Smack! Smack!} they weren’t.  {Smack! Smack!} You know, summer is here {Smack! Smack!} and you will {Smack! Smack!} both {Smack! Smack!} be grounded {Smack! Smack!} from any pool activities {Smack! Smack!} for quite a while, {Smack! Smack!} I think!”

“Owwwwwwwwww, nooooooooooo!” Lynda cried.  “Please Daddy Jim!”

“I’m sorrrrrrrrrry!” cried Mindy.  “Owwwwwww!” she said.

There were a few more spanks and then one at a time, Jim helped them stand up.  He raised their clothing and put them into his lap and hugged them both.  They were still crying a little but he rubbed their backs and bottoms and assured them they were loved.

Rosanna didn’t know what to make of the whole thing.  She was amazed by it.  At first they were sullen and angry and now they were upset, but quiet.  They were hugging Daddy Jim and apologizing and telling them how much they loved him.  She actually thought it seemed like a nice feeling, and couldn’t believe that she was a little jealous.  These kids were obviously very well loved and were being taught the difference between right and wrong.  Her own parents had barely even spoken to her.

Maddie had fallen asleep in Rosanna’s arms.  She wasn’t sure how with all the noise in the room.  A lot of the kids were going over to the twins and asking if they were all right.  She noticed a girl talking in sign language with a smaller girl.  Rosanna was amazed at this whole place, and was so glad she had been brought here.

“Pop?”

Rosanna turned to see a tall boy come into the room.  He was at least six feet tall with straight, black hair.  He had a rugged look to him, but was very handsome, for a boy, anyway.  She bet he was already making eyes at all the girls.

“Yes, Rich?” Daddy Jim asked, standing up.  He turned to the twins and said, “You two may spend the rest of the day in your room after you apologize to Geoffy and Joshy.”

“Yes, sir.”  “Yes, Daddy Jim.”

“What happened?” Rich asked.

Jackie, a little seven-year-old said, “You missed it, Rich.  Daddy Jim just spanked the twins at the same time.”

“Whoa! That must have been cool.  Sorry I missed that!” Rich said, grinning.

“That’s enough, son.  What did you want to tell me?”

The two of them conferred for a few minutes.  Rosanna headed back upstairs to put Maddie down for a nap.  Emily followed.  “This sure is a confusing place, Mama,” she said.

“Yes, sweetie, it is.  But I think we’ll stay here for a bit until Mama can find something else.”

“Okay,” Emily answered.  She watched her mother lay Maddie down on the big bed.  The girls hadn’t been assigned a room yet as far as Rosanna knew.  Rosanna made sure that Maddie was tucked in with her favorite Tigger blanket.  She would have to look around for the washing machine later to wash all their stuff.  They had been allowed to carry around their most prized possessions.

Every day after she completed her chores, Rosanna would seek Jim out and talk to him.  She had never gotten along so well with a man in her life.  He was like the father she never had, because her own father had been awful to be around.  He had never treated her right.  Rosanna found herself enjoying spending time with Jim.  They talked about lots of things.  He told her all about himself and the other children that lived in the home.

Over the next few days, Rosanna learned all their names and heard each of their stories, some sadder than others.  Kat’s story reminded Rosanna of herself.  She had been 18 and pregnant and had nowhere to go.  Her son, Seth, was here, too.  He was 8.  She was also in the process of adopting little four-year-old, Ann Marie.  Ann Marie had been abandoned by her grandparents.  They had taken her to the supermarket and never came back for her.  It made Rosanna want to cry. As much as Maddie and Emily sometimes got on her nerves, she couldn’t imagine ever taking off without them.

Rich was sixteen.  He was a runaway.  He wouldn’t tell Jim and Pat who he was or where he lived.  They had caught him pick-pocketing on the streets, and let him live there and do odd jobs around the house, as long as he stayed sober and clean.  They weren’t sure he ever drank or smoked, but that was their rule for letting him stay.  They tried every day to find out where Rich was from and return him to his parents.  But for now they just wanted to keep him safe.

Other kids that were staying in the house were Lynda and Mindy.  They were thirteen-year-old twins.  They had grown up in many different orphanages and foster homes.  No family seemed to want them together.  The homes tried many times to split them apart, but Lynda and Mindy always found their way back to each other.  Until one day they finally ran away and found the Dustin’s.

Andrew was eleven.  He had been the class clown in school.  Everything was always very funny to him.  Until the day his parents were killed in a car crash.  His whole world came tumbling down.  He didn’t speak for a whole year.  He had no known relatives and the state could never find him a foster home until Pat and Jim took him in.  Now he was getting back to his regular self.  He had been with them for almost two years now.

Beth was eight.  She was a real cutie.  Born deaf didn’t stop her from having a lot of fun.  It was good for the other kids too, because they had all learned sign language.  Being deaf didn’t stop Beth from getting into loads of trouble, either.  When she and Jackie teamed up, look out!

Jackie was seven, and a real beauty.  Every time a family would be interested in adopting her, they would always bring her back.  The trouble with Jackie was that she was trouble with a capital T.  She couldn’t seem to behave for anything.  It was like she was in trouble all the time.  She was bright for her age, too, which helped her think up lots of schemes.

Geoffy was six.  He was a quiet boy.  He had wandered in one day and Jim and Pat couldn’t help but keep him.  The state had allowed them to keep him while they tried to find where he belonged.  He was a bit mischievous like other boys his age, but he had a big heart, and all the kids loved Geoffy.

William was five, but he didn’t sound like it.  William had been emotionally abused by his birth parents.  He still talked like he was two.  But at least he could talk.  He had been kept in a dark room til he was three, still in diapers, and only getting milk from a bottle.  Now he was a well-rounded kid, and a speech therapist was working with him five days a week.

Kayla and Joshy were both four.   They weren’t twins.  They had come from two different homes.  Kayla’s problem was she liked to bite.  Even though Pat and Jim, and even Kat had explained to her that we don’t bite people, she did it anyway.  Joshy was a cute little fella.  He was a little immature like William was, but as far as they knew he hadn’t been abused.  The state had found him, also abandoned, and he couldn’t tell who his parents were.

Rosanna talked to Jim hour after hour.  She learned about all these kids’ lives and her heart went out to each and every one of them.  She understood now why Kat stayed, to help the others, after having been helped by Jim and Pat herself.  Rosanna also met Carol a few days into her stay.  She was home for the weekend from rehab.  It was her third time there and they were hoping it would be her last.  Carol had had a really rough life to date, and Jim and Pat were sticking by her that she would come out on top.  She had been raped when she was only 15, which had resulted in a pregnancy.  She had an abortion.  She had gotten pregnant again at 17 and had that baby aborted too.  She was so miserable that she had turned to alcohol.  She had been sober on and off for many years before she found the Dustin’s.  They loved her as if they had raised her, even though she was already 24 years old.

On one of their talks, Jim had explained to Rosanna that he and his wife had had no children of their own.  They had been together almost 35 years and were truly in love.  When they found they could not have children, they tried to adopt.  But having a little baby in their house was not something they were interested in.  They saw a television show one night about children who had no families, and decided that that’s what they wanted…to help save those children.  So they dedicated their lives to it.  They had many children come and go in their house over the past 25 years, and would do it til they no longer could anymore.

Rosanna had been staying there a while when Jim decided he could not take her cursing any longer.  They had been talking about William’s history, and Rosanna had stated, “Those fucking bastards.  They should hang them.”

“Rosanna!” Jim said sharply.

“What?”

“Not what, yes?  And you’ll address me as ‘Daddy Jim’ or ‘sir’ from now on.”

Rosanna was stunned.  She realized she hadn’t really been calling him anything since they had been there.  She stared at him.  “Uh, yes sir?” she said, a bit confused.

“I don’t like that language, young lady,” he explained.

“What language? Cursing? I’m 23 years old, for Christ’s sake.  I can talk however the fuck I want to.”

“Not around here you can’t.  Have you noticed what happens to children around here when they misbehave?”

Rosanna nodded.  She remembered back to the first day when he had put both twins over his lap and spanked them til their bottoms were bright red.  Other spankings had occurred since that first day, too.  It seemed as thought Jim Dustin was always spanking one of the kids for something or another.

Getting back to the present, Rosanna continued to protest.  “But I’m an adult,” she told him.  “You can’t punish me like that.”

“Yes, I can,” he said, “and I will.”

“You can’t,” she said.

Jim looked at Rosanna.  “And why can’t I, little girl?”

“I’m not a little girl!” Rosanna said, starting to pout.  As much as she said it, she didn’t feel it.  All of a sudden she felt like a rebellious little girl.  “And besides you can’t control me; you’re nothing to me.”

The words should have hurt Jim, but they didn’t.  He had been called worse things in the past twenty or so years by kids and adults rougher than Rosanna.  “As long as you’re in my house, you will follow my rules.”

Rosanna was speechless.  She didn’t know what to say or do.  Suddenly she found herself over Jim’s lap staring at the carpet.  He had raised his hand and brought it down on her bottom.  {SMACK!} {SMACK!}

“Owww!” she cried.  She had never gotten a spanking.  Her parents hadn’t ever spanked any of them.  She couldn’t even remember the last time her parents had scolded her.

Jim kept it up.  {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} “There is no cursing around here, little girl!”  {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} “I won’t stand for that kind of language.  It doesn’t sound right.”  {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!}  “And it’s not acceptable.”  {SMACK!} {SMACK!}

“Owwwwwwwwwwww!” she screamed again.  “Take your hands off me!” she yelled.

But he didn’t stop. {SMACK!} {SMACK!} “Don’t tell me when to stop, young lady.”  {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!} {SMACK!}  “I’ll stop when you’ve learned your lesson.”  {SMACK!} {SMACK!}

“OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!” she yelled.  “That hurtttttttttts!”  She was going to say it ‘fucking’ hurt, but something stopped her.  She wasn’t sure what it was.

“No {Spank!} daughter {Spank!} of mine {Spank!} will ever {Spank!} speak {Spank!} that way {Spank!} in my {Spank!} presence {Spank!} again!” Jim said punctuating each word with a spank.  “For {Spank!} as long {Spank!} as you stay here, {Spank!} I am {Spank!} your daddy, {Spank!} and you {Spank!} are my {Spank!} little {Spank!} girl.”  {Spank!}

Rosanna froze.  Jim felt it and stopped.  “What is it, Rosanna? Are you all right, sweetheart?”

She was crying hysterically, as anyone would after a spanking like that.  She looked up at him, tears streaming down her face.  “What did you just call me?” she asked.

“Sweetheart?” he asked.

But she shook her head.  That hadn’t been it.  She had heard something else but she must have imagined it.  “Nothing,” she said, eyes tearing, staring at the carpet, and hoping Jim was almost done.

She braced herself, waiting for more spanks.  But they didn’t come.  Instead she felt Jim pull her to her feet and look into her eyes.  “My daughter?” he asked.

So she hadn’t imagined it.  She nodded her head and burst into fresh waves of tears.  “I’m sorrrrrrrrrry!” she cried, clutching onto him.  She held him tight and he rubbed her back and bottom.

“It’s okay, sweetie, I’m here for you.”

“I love you, Daddy,” Rosanna said.  She never called him ‘Jim’ after that night again.

The end.
