I Aim You Shoot (IAYS) signed to Lifton Records early 2008. With a handful of fantastic performances in some of the South’s best venues under their belt, I Aim You Shoot continue to perform with the same level of energy and enthusiasm they had when then they first started.

With their current line up IAYS say they have never felt more at home with the music they are writing and performing. After loosing Mark Matchem on guitar in early 2008 IAYS set about re-writing their tunes and introducing new, more progressive and experimental tunes whilst still holding on to the catchy melodies they were once known for.

With Wez Roxx now officially drumming for IAYS hopes are high as to his involvement in the writing of new material. Not only an accomplished drummer, Wez is renowned amongst musicians as a very accomplished guitarist. Formerly writing for Disposition his guitar riffs always bring a smile to the faces of un-expecting crowds due to their technicality and brilliant melodic structure.

With Tom Andrews and Joe Lifton reinforcing the solid back bone of IAYS tunes, their tightness helps establish the bands true identity as a solid, driving melodic metal band destined to do great things.

Sam Lifton goes from strength to strength as front man of IAYS, with every performance his vocals and stage presence improves ten fold. His performance is only superseded by his driving ambition to help push the band to higher levels of success in the future.
