Massage Oil for Aching, Swollen Feet
This recipe is perfect for the summertime, when being constantly on your feet really wears them down.
Blend:
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Eucalyptus
3 drops Peppermint
10 ml. Jojoba Oil

Place it a small, colored bottle and shake well. Place a little in your hand, and rub onto feet, massaging until the oil is absorbed, then repeat if desired.
Oil to Soothe Insect Bites
Most insect repellants include 4 fl. oz. of vodka, but this recipe uses jojoba oil, which also benefits the skin.
Blend:
2 drops (Sweet) Basil
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Chamomile
10 ml. Jojoba Oil

Place in a small, colored bottle and shake well. Rub a small amount into the skin, then reapply every few hours.
Oil for Restful Sleep
This recipe uses oils reknown for their ability to soothe both the body and the mind, allowing for a calm sleep with sweet dreams.
Blend:
3 drops Chamomile
3 drops Rosewood
4 drops Lavender
10 ml. Jojoba Oil

Place in a colored bottle and shake well. Rub well into chest and lower back. This is also effective as a massage oil.
All blends must be kept out of direct sunlight at a temperature below 30 degrees Celcius. They must be used within 6 months.
Please note that certain oils may have ill effects on pregnant women or  people with high blood pressure, epilepsy or sensitive skin. Please make sure to research the properties of the oils beforehand to ensure they are safe for you.
