I am a Quality Assurance and Management professional in IT field. I have around 11 years of IT experience in various leading organizations. Out of all my experience, I have, 5 years in software development in Client/Server environment for various business applications and around 6 years in Quality Engineering activities for Product and Process quality for IT, which include, Software Testing in both White box and Black box and process implementation and improvement activities with reference to SEI-CMM Level 4 & 5 and ISO 9000.
Some of the domain areas I have worked are ERP, Banking, Insurance, Inventory, telecommunications and Wireless Billing, etc.
