Masa Harina comment to "buddha"; re: the question that was asked, do you want to actually make your own Masa Harina or are you talking about making your own tortillas? All I would know about the former is get some lye---
I would like to know if anyone out there makes fried rice as I do. I brown the raw Uncle Ben's rice first till it gets all brown and puffy and then add boiling water and cook with whatever additions you care to make.
