Best topic is a translation to parts of a book called "Don't be Sad" by Dr. Aeed Al Korany. This book is in arabic language but portion of the book were translated by a volunteer may allah reward him for his efforts. I urge you to read the book if you speak arabic or read the translation and I am sure the book was translated in English as well.
