Studio Location for Salsa Classes with Sebastian Rhodes College Studio Suite #280 1125 Howe St. (Downtown Vancouver). Directions: On the corner of Helmcken and Howe, near Granville and Davie. Please use the Rhodes College Entrance on the Right Hand side of the building. Use the Air-Phone to get buzzed into the College. Please Close All Doors: Please Do Not leave the main entrance doors open for more than 9 seconds...otherwise the silent alarm will go off, and we will be charged a $50 fee by security!! Please do be careful if you do not want to pay a $50 fine. This rule also applies to the stairway doors and doors to the balcony (i.e. do not open the balcony doors). There has been some security issues in the past (e.g. computers being stolen from the college). It is important to respect the studio space that we are renting from the College. We ask all our students to be certain when leaving the building to not keep the doors open for more than 9 seconds, and ensure the door closes completely. Thank you kindly!
