Lineage 2
The whole concept from playing Lineage II to actual joining of DA was one big whole coincident. I remember how one day on Infantry Jeriho was mentioning this game to me and gave me a Beta test key for me to try out for fun. It was quite hilarious how he never actually played the game with me ever. I initially never really paid much attention to it and just fooled around. Eventually when the servers went live I actually tried out on my own on Bartz and screw around. It was really frustrating though, when I got scammed on the 2nd day of open beta, and i got so pissed off that I was able to quit the game. Somehow I managed to stick to the game and leveled a new char to lv 20, until I got a hold of Arc who told me that he was playing on Kain and asked me to come over and lvl with him. Somehow I didn't really think much and rerolled on a heartbeat. I leveled a knight again hoping to be a dark avenger, but I got bored of the class and rerolled a healer (I really don't know why I didn't pay attention of how much I'll be behind other people when reroll, but anyways.) Eventually when I got to my 30s Arc told me that he was planning to join DA since it's one of the best clan on the server and I quickly applied with him. Eventually we ended up dragging the whole Infantry crew to join DA.
Being on DA wasn't that great of an experience to start with, since I was put into a crappy sub (don't get me wrong though, the people were nice [Nimbuz, skreach, kadien, excellence, mishall, bob... all of them were cool people]) with our leader always MIA and not making much progress. Eventually Laylaa took over, and things seemed to improve, although it wasn't. Laylaa ended up putting the sub into another slump and the sub itself eventually broke up. But along the road I was able to meet some really cool friends and they certainly made the experience much better.
Lineage 2 was actually quite a nice microcosm of the real life society. There were always so much politics that it made playing to game so complicated and confusing. Having to deal with all sorts of people of different personalities was also a challenge, and having to deal with QQ'ers every so often was annoying yet amusing. You'll constantly have to deal with jackasses who backstabs you, either stealing your gear or screwing you over in agreements and truce, that it made the drama so intense in the server. At least people actually show their true self in the game, not like reality where people will never show their true form and smile at your fking face even after they backstab your ass.
It was certainly fun playing with everyone on DA: Ragerunner, Sarak, Riftard, Curtix, Chuck, Crius, Kadien, Excellence, Skreach, Fly, Zun, Shino, KPX, Exey, Samurai, Rufo, Dro, Cakbeast, Fat Ben, dextah, Godsfear, Lukster, Luciandar, Gwel, Nimbuz, Deva, Saero, Aldebaran, fuzz, outlaw, dred, storm, Eselan, and etc.
Curtix
Honestly Curtix is a very normal guy in most sense, but he's the craziest
powergamer that I know. When I first met Curtix I remember that he was quite a
weird guy. It was pretty funny how Rifter named him William Hung and then I
started called him that ever since. It was pretty funny how he never really
talks on vent but everytime I call him William Hung he'll just get on just to
yell at me for it. I guess we got used to typing so much that we never really
talked much on vent until WoW which seems kind of weird. But screwing around
with Curtix was quite fun. The coolest moment in L2 was when the two of us
dueled each other in the arena and the neverending fight lasted almost 30
minutes until we finally just called it. Even after we stopped gaming we just do
randomly stupid stuff and fk around on MSN and chat around. The other MMOs that
we screwed around on during the down times were quite fun but it's lame how you
always outleveled me in every single one of them. I guess the only time that I
actually outleveled you was during Twisting Nether and it was pretty fked up too
considering that I was a gimpy pally.
I guess we have known each other so much have built up so much Àq«´ that we just
got a sense of what our playstyle, play times and traits are. We just shares
everything and we got used to picking up the slack for each other at times.
The time when you came to vancouver and we screwed around for 3 days was pretty
fun. It was quite weird talking about wow in real life, but not as much as
talking in english and calling each other's ingame names. Pretty cool person to
have known, thanks for all the fun haha.

Darktemplar
Chuck is probably the most QQ person that I have met haha. Everytime the three
of us talk he'll always mention about his gf and how she owns him all day long;
and this hasn't been changed for the past 3 years. DT is a pretty cool guy, but
he can go emo easily. I still remember the times when we go grind in dragon
valley and he'll pass out in the middle of the night, so I had to sit there for
a few hours and see if he'd wake up. Three man grinding in Dragon valley was
pretty fun too, we'd just screw around and do stupid stuff and chat the whole
time, fun times. Chuck just enjoys spamming us with msgs on MSN over and over on
a regular basis, and sometimes it gets pretty annoying haha. But the
conversations are usually pretty weird and funny that it's a good time pass.
Haha, I'd really like to see you marry your gf and get ownt by her on a daily
basis, it'd be something fun to watch.

Laylaa
Laylaa is the biggest dissapointment that I have had for quite some time. He has
pretty much every quality that a bad leader would have. I really don't
understand why he took up the role of clan sub leader in the first place. At
first what he did was really promising and really impressed most of us. However,
he gradually failed to live up to his own words and it turned out be a total
disaster. He will totally go emo on the most important day and screw the entire
sub over and have us just standing there in the middle of nowhere. Eventually he
would get to a point where he would ninja leave the game and ditch all of us
without notice, leaving behind so much problems that took a while to solve. I
guess having been under him was a valuable experience, as I had the chance to
get a feel of how things can turn bad with a bad leader, granted that I have
never really had that privledge since then.

Rifter
Rifter is a very charismatic guy. No matter where he goes and plays he'll always
have a pack of followers wanting to play along side with him. I guess he is just
a natural born leader in the game. I suppose everyone in DA views him more as
the true leader than Peori. He is always so outspoken and work behind the scenes
to make sure things in the clan run smoothly. Rifter is usually able to keep his
composure and manage to lead the clan through different challenges, whether pve
or pvp. Rifter's jokes are actually not funny at all, but they are stupid enough
that it makes us laugh most of hte time. Rifter is a very cool guy to play with
but he needs to DIAF for backing out in the Quebec trip lol>
