(Infatuation)
Gone away gone away gone away, get away.
Set the rules, breaking ground, and underneath it all Ive found;  you.
With post-it notes and coffee spoons, and dollar bills and afternoons,
weve come this far weve gone right in, were on a rocket out in space,
and 9 long months have been replaced; by nothing.
Smiles, cigarettes, tortilla chips,
teacups, tears and microchips.
Its terminal velocity,
when theres something that lingers between you and me.

(Anticipation)
Today is the day, the greatest day Ive ever known,
It may also be the saddest.
Wrong or right its all coloured light, radiating from you.
Dreams and smiles will last a while and then?
Dont let the smiles end, please.

(Emancipation)
A thousand, million, light years away
or how its seemed since yesterday.
And Ill just keep on dreaming, refusing, unbelieving,
and Ill puke out what Ive learned
and smile as it burns away,
taking with it thoughts of you.
