I suppose it would be good to tell you a little about me....

Well, I have lived my entire life in a small town in Indiana. My Dad is a minister, so I grew up as a "P.K."(preacher's kid). I was saved and baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 10.

I married a Christian man at the age of 19 and we have now been happily married for twenty years. (You can now do the math and figure out my age!).

My husband's name is Robert, but everyone calls him Bobby. We have one child (now in heaven), 12 brothers and sisters, and 32 nieces and nephews! We both come from large families, so there is always plenty to keep us busy.

I began singing in church at an early age. My mother and sisters always sang and I guess you could say that it just seemed natural for me to follow in their foot steps. As I grew a little older, brothers and sisters began to encourage me to make a gospel music recording.

In 1991 a Christian Pastor actually offered to pay for the entire project if I would just get to the studio and get it done! My husband and I gave it prayerful consideration and we decided that it would not be right to allow the brother to pay the cost. So...we drained our savings acount and I made my first recording, "Lamb of God".

The Lord blessed that effort in an overwhelming way. People from all over the world requested a copy of that recording and I still get requests for it even though fourteen years have gone by!

A few years after I had finished "Lamb of God", I had received enough offerings to pay for that first recording, plus begin working on a second. (Recording costs run into the thousands of dollars, so it takes a little while to build up the funds).

My second recording, "At the Foot of the Cross", was finished in 1996. Again I was blessed by the response of the people who wrote, or emailed, to request a copy. There have been so many testimonies come back to me from people who have used the music to help them through some very difficult times and situations in their lives. I cherish their cards and letters and find it very humbling that the Lord could use me to bless them at a time of need.

My latest recording was done in 2001 and is called "Something More". As with the previous recordings, it is full of peaceful praise and worship to the Lord Jesus Christ. He is worthy of all my praise and I thank Him for the gift of music He has given me and for the opportunity to share it with others.
