Directory Questionnaire
For our 20-year reunion, we are putting together a directory of information about the Class of 1983. This directory will be distributed to all who attend the reunion, and will also be available for purchase to classmates who cannot attend (see registration form for purchase details). To help us compile the directory, please cut and paste the questionnaire below into an e-mail, and send it with your responses to directory editor Diane (Parker) Telgen at [email protected]. Deadline for your responses is June 1, 2003.
We prefer you to respond via e-mail (it means less typing for us), but if you don't have e-mail, you may download our form and return it in the mail with your registration form to Beth Newman, or mail it separately to Diane Telgen at 6613 Chadwick Dr., Canton, MI 48187. Deadline is still June 1, 2003.
We plan to include photos with your directory entry. If you would like to include a photo of yourself or your family, please label it clearly on the back, and mail it with your registration form to Beth Newman or mail it to Diane at the address above. We will return it to you either at the reunion, August 2, or in the mail with any directory copies you have ordered.
