People often ask me if I have to eat special food in order to practice yoga. No! I feel good eating whatever sustains me, and taffy sustains me. A good rule concerning diet is don't eat too much and don't eat too little; and if now and then you don't feel like eating, skip a meal.
I'm really learning a lot from this online class, and I appreciate help I have gotten from the other students (and know they will be ordering taffy).
