| Description: | Still short *sigh* - now in her fourth year, she has
finally hit five foot. Her full adult height will probably not be more
than five foot two. She also has the petite figure and build to match
her height - possibly even being slightly underweight.
She has bluesh greeny grey eyes, depending on what light she's in.
Her hair is to just below her shoulders and layered, with the ends
dipped dyed purple. She wears purple Doc Martins and owns a pair of fingerless gloves that go to her elbows, although the only digit they wrap around are her thumbs. They are made from the same material as a pair of tights (no prizes for guessing how she made them). She always wears them. She wears small glasses, with gold, rounded-rectangular frames, which suit her far better than her old, outsized ones. She wears small touches of make up, such as lip gloss and fairly neutral shades of eye shadow. The most noticeable element of make up is her black eyeliner, which wears on the bottom only and accentuates with small flicks at the edges of her eyes. |
| Personality: | She's not exactly the most outgoing person there is.
She'll still probably lose her nerve in the face of most put downs (or
Ellie Santavaj. Nothing could stop her being scared of Ellie
Santavaj...), not always say the sarcastic come backs that run through her mind,
and there will still be things then send her spiralling back down to
the shy little first year she started as. However, living with her
brother has brought her out of her shell somewhat. She's not going to start
trying to be the life of the party, but she might finally stop
apolgising for her existence every few seconds. She'll be a bit shy about being outgoing at first - for example, daring to say what's on her mind, but then being very unsure of having done so. She wears her new found confidence a little like someone starting to walk in high heels - mostly moving ok, but occasionally wobbling or even falling down. |
| Family Life: | She doesn't get on with her parents, who believe her
and her brother to be freaks for their ability to do magic. Her mother
has physically abused her on one occasion. During the summer between her third and fourth year, she (eventually...) moved out of her parents home and in with her brother, who had just left Hogwarts. She now lives in Scotland with him and his house mates, Siren, Hyla and Kriaan. She and her brother have always been close. When they were at home, the confidence he gave her in herself was always counteracted by her parents' ill treatment of her. Now they aren't around, his positive influence is free to do her good. |
| Other Info: | She's British, a vegitarian and her favourite
subject is Charms. She owns a black teddy called Raven Bear, given to her by her brother. The fur on it's left ear and the top of its head is slightly worn from her rubbing it to comfort herself over the years. She owns a cat called Yin, who is half black and half white, hence his name. His top is black and his stomach and paws are white, with a white blaze running down his nose, slightly off centre. She also owns an animated model of an Antipodean Archangel dragon, named Moonwraith (whom Yim in rather jealous of). The person she is closest to and has confided most in at Salem is Bane. She plays Seeker on the Caelum Quidditch team. Her favourite band are Aerosmith, although she likes most rock groups (just like me, you wouldn't think it when you first met her). |
