Cristine Rodderic

Description:      At 5 foot 4, Cristine seems stuck with her rather short stature, as she hasn't gained an inch in height for over three years. She has dark blue eyes and a pale complexion that naturally comes with her dark auburn hair. Having become a young woman, she does se to her appearance, but still doesn't fuss over herself like most teens her age. Being a pureblood, she's never found in muggle fashions, only because she doesn't have any, but even so, she is never, under any circumstances found wearing pink.
Personality:      Her auburn hair isn't the only thing alluding to her Irish background; her temper does an even finer job of making the distinction. Cristine is quick to befriend, yet equally quick to grudge. Rumors and opinions make no impression on her; she's dead set on forming her own impressions of people from what she experiences with them. Most first impressions made on her are irrevocable. She is loyal, too an extreme at times, and won't think twice about bending her own morals when she feels herself or a friend threatened. She also has a soft spot for owls and crups.
Family Life:      The Rodderics are a pureblooded family with the anticipated prejudices. Their reputation is not one that is very flattering, but few are fool enough to say anything about the family's questionable practices. All were Aethers, except for Cristine's grandmother, a Slytherin, and Cristine herself, a Terrigena like her mother. Her grandfather is the family patriarch, something her father respects entirely, even grudgingly at times, considering the lack of trust his marriage to Cristine's mother caused. Her Uncle Esmond, who changed his surname to Xavier, was disowned upon entering Auror training, and was killed when he dared to defy the family in his line of work. Cristine knows about her family and wants nothing to do with it; which conveniently enough, has been made much easier for her...
Other Info:      Raised as the daughter of Edward Rodderic, Cristine later learned after her mother's death that she is in fact the daughter of the man she knew to be her disowned uncle. Promptly disowned by her grandfather, Cristine still kept the Rodderic name in a manner of defiance to the family patriarch, a move even her father had not made, and fell under the guardianship of her mother's friend, Rebekah Costin, who pulled Cristine from Salem for a time due to anticipated retribution by the Rodderic family.
