| Description: | Candace is a tall girl, especially for her
age. At the age of 12, she stands 5'4"
though still thin and lanky. Her eyesight is
terrible and she always has her glasses with
her but usually wears her contacts, which
were a birthday present when she was 11.
Her long brown hair was inherited from her
mother though she desperately wishes she
had gotten her father's raven locks, but no
such luck.
Candace loves her denim. Jeans, jeans, jeans, jeans. It's all about the jeans. However, she does have one favorite pair that is covered in paint and ink with the hems all ripped up around the bottom. They often cause tripping but Candace loves them all the same. Paired with these jeans are often large boys t-shirts, or when she feels a little more girly, a few little tees or maybe even a sweater. All these outfits are matched with pairs of large tacky plastic earrings, which she wears until she starts getting active. After that, they get shoved in a back pocket. Over all, Candace is a tomboy, always running about in sneakers and usually sporting more than one bruise or scrape. |
| Personality: | Candace is a very insightful girl that is maybe
just a bit too emotionally mature for her
age. Mature enough to know not to care
when the other girls laughed at her for not
being girly enough. She loves to run around
and is always active, doing things she loves.
If she has free time, she runs about doing
cartwheels or playing soccer. She would love
to play quidditch but she is horribly afraid of
heights. Even so, she's a huge quidditch fan.
When it comes to work... well Candace can be a little forgetful. On the other hand, maybe lazy is a better world. She'll always get it done; she just likes to wait a while. Candace is through and through a procrastinator. Shed much rather be drawing, singing, or just being outside. Anywhere but doing work. As comfortable as Candace may be with herself, she is just as uncomfortable around new people. It takes her a while to open up to new people which often earns her the unwanted label of snob. Try as she might, whenever she is confronted with meeting new people she freezes up and does all she can to avoid conversation. Though it may take her longer than most she eventually finds her friends and they last. Nothing means more to her than her friends and family, but her huge collection of tacky plastic earings is up there on her list. |
| Family Life: | Candace lives in the North Shore area of Massachusetts with her parents and little brother, Nathan. Her parents are from England and moved to the states shortly after they were married. Her father runs a book shop that has a special shop in back the sells wizarding books. her mother in a painter speacializing sea scapes. She also works as a magical portrait painter for pureblood families in the area. |
