| YOU I dial your number , the phone starts to ring, Then you answer and say something. Just to hear your voice, makes my heart skip a beat Just to hear you laugh Knocks me off my feet. When I'm with you I don't care what people say When I'm with you I'm on cloud nine we're going OUR way Just hope that you'll stay mine. Now your voice sounds different Theres somewthing wrong I can tell Is it time I was gone? Is there another girl? I'm doing this for you I don't want to let you go, How ever unhappy I feel I wont let you know Dont feel sorry for me I'll find someone new But no-one, I mean no-one will steal my heart like YOU. |
| (NEVER GOING TO) SAY GOODBYE Sometimes you are uncaring I just smile and pretend It's a false smile I'm wearing I feel as if it's the end I wish I had the courage to say goodbye I wish you'd plead and ask me why I wish I'd feel some bitterness But I can't , I just can't All I feel is emptiness At first I thought you were just shy We'd laugh as we walked down the street Little did I know you were being sly All you Intended to do was cheat Our lives together was all sharing We were just living a lie My heart is near tearing I wish I had the courage to say goodbye Like you have , so many times But you've always come back Lets have another try Now we walk together with ease Feel the new fresh breeze Don't you know our love is evergreen You give my hand a squeeze Our love no-one can defeat I feel and know we are complete |
