2.Paint shop Pretreatement, ED coat Sealant, Deadener
, Primer Coat, Moisture Sanding, Top &
Clear coat, Inspection, Light & Heavy Repair,Waxing
PPG & ABB Robotic systems are applied.
3.Trim & car final
Trim A & B Lines.......Dolly conveyor
Chassis line.................Over head hoist
Final line.....................Slat coveyor
Inspection line, Shower test, Road test, PDI.
