Charter
Our goals are to learn our class capabilities and use them in group(s) & raid(s) to their fullest potential, building trust by knowing each person is doing their assigned responsibilities. This trust will enable us to take on targets and raids successfully using teamwork, that others with higher levels and more people can not achieve.

Rules
It is each person's responsibility to know what is expected of their class and learn
to use it to their fullest potential... the class responsibilities are fully outlined on
the Bulletin Board Forum.
Building teamwork and working together with trust
is our main goal
.

We shall always conduct ourselves with honor and respect for one another. There shall
never be any KS *Kill Stealing or purposely training someone else*or CS *Camp Stealing or training a group to gain their camp* by any members for any reason whatsoever. The guild channel and other public arenas such as shout or OOC shall never be used to handle disputes.

Our loot is NBG *Need Before Greed.*80% and MSP *Merit System Points.* 20% on
all non-alliance raids.
All alliance raids are 100% NBG loot, unless otherwise agreed upon and stated before the raid. Merit System Points are earned in many ways:
MSP  5 points earned per raid you attend for at least 2 hours after the
break in is completed. MSP 5 points for being on time in the zone for raids. MSP 3 points for
helping on a breakin. MSP 2 points for CR. MSP 2 points for porting people to raids.
MSP 2 points for pulling. MSP 2 points for MA. MSP 5 points for playing a needed
alt character for a raid.
Bonus MSP are earned for active participation on the forums
and within the Guild. MSP will
not be awarded to people who don't participate on
the forums.

A Raid Leader will give you the Raid Channel information when you zone in for the
raid, use of the raid channel is
restricted to Raid Leaders and group leaders. When
you arrive for a raid  you should sit down and put LFG on until you are told to join
a group, when assigned a group move to your group leader to be grouped and buffed
and await further instructions. Use of the guild channel during raids should be held
to a
minimum.

We shall do our raids and class epics on rotation(s), if a raid is cancelled for any reason, that is the next raid in the rotation again before we shall move on to the next raid in the rotation schedule, if a epic class raid is cancelled for any reason, that shall be the next epic class raid done before another epic class is done.  I believe this will help motivate everyone to participate in all the other classes epics, as they know their epic turn will not come around until each class in the rotation has had a raid for the rotation schedule to move on towards their own class.
We expect our people to have time to devote to participating often. New members are on probation for one month and until they have
earned 50 MSP. While on probation they may not request help to get items or on epics.

These rules are as subject to change as EQ is.
