When Sakura is kidnapped, Neko is the one who remains calm, and with Mikado's help, she calms everyone down to form a plan. It doesn't matter anyway because Netaku and the Wolf go to save her.
Neko is a very shy character, but after being forced to stay behind and help Ikkashi protect the "native city", she is abducted by the CIA. She is turned into a semi-superhuman with an attitude not to be messed with.
Her ultimate weapon is a dragon necklace that she got when Sakura left. With it, she has the ability to summon the dragon from it's sleep. She also has the power to move objects without touching them. With this power, Neko builds the Castle of the Sun which becomes a sanctuary from the demon attacks.
