He is interesting...yep. He goes around and likes to freak people out. He too, became infected by the Plauge of Angels. The only difference is that he became more of a vampire than a demon. He still has his soul, but that doesn't do the other characters any good because he is very, very insane.
His power is the ability to "teleport" to other cities. He fights with his fists until later on in the story when he gets a glave.
He is somewhat a comic relief to the story's seriousness. He loves to appear in the middle of a bad situation, make an off the wall coment, and then disappear. After these strange moments, the characters are usually so shocked that they laugh themselves to death.
